The Golf Course
The golf course is a Brian Silva Signature Design 18 hole championship length executive course. The course winds its way through the Kings Way Community situated on the north side of Cape Cod in historic Yarmouthport. The native oaks and indigenous pines line the fairways and enhance the beauty of the course. A striking view of the Dennis salt marshes and an eye-catching view of Cape Cod Bay make our signature hole number five, a gratifying setting.
This remarkable layout, highlighted by Scottish bunkers, picturesque water hazards, undulating greens and rolling terrain create a visual and challenging design. All of these attributes make GCYP one of the premier golf courses of its kind in America. The golf course plays to four thousand yards and a par of 60. Featuring four sporty par fours, a strategic par five, and a brilliant collection of par three holes.
#5 Signature hole
You can play a round of golf in about three hours. This gives you time to relax by the pool, play some tennis, or enjoy a cocktail or meal at Ardeo’s Grille while overlooking the practice putting green and players teeing off on the tenth hole.
The golf course has four sets of tees. This is advantageous for women, seniors, low handicappers, and families to enjoy the length of the course they feel most comfortable and challenged with.
